Strategic Air Command museum trip

We have the SAC Museum trip this Friday.  We'll be leaving from Cornerstone at 5:00 pm. so please try to be there about 10 minutes early so we can get everyone organized so we can leave on time.  We will not be stopping on our way to Omaha, so everyone should eat dinner before coming to the church.  There is a snack provided late Friday night and breakfast on Saturday morning.  The equipment needed for this outing is fairly limited compared to a normal camp out.  The boys will need to wear their Scout Uniform (Class A) to the church on Friday night.  The only other clothing they will need is something to sleep in and clean clothes for Saturday morning.  The boys will wear their Scout Uniform on the drive back from Omaha.  Since we'll be sleeping in the museum, everyone will need to bring a cot and/or ground pad to sleep on as well as a blanket or sleeping bag & pillow.  As always, the boys should also bring their toiletries, Scout handbook, notebook and pen/pencil.  There is a large gift shop at the museum, so if the boys have interest in getting souvenirs then they will need to bring some money for that purpose.  The boys are responsible for keeping track of their own money.  Electronic devices are allowed in the cars on the drive to and from Omaha, but they will need to be left in the car and not taken into the museum.  If you have not yet paid for the SAC trip, then please bring a check on Friday evening.  The cost is $32 per youth and $15 per adult.
