Service project - fill boxes for needy children around the world through Operation Christmas Child with Samaritan's Purse. Families are welcome to come and help pack! Bring cash donations to help pay for shipping boxes. We have $120 in donations and we would like to get to $350 total (50 boxes x $7/box). Scouts should bring a small toy and other small fun fillers for the boxes. Thanks to everyone that came! We met our goal with lots left over if we choose to do this again next year.

June 15th: Court of Honor and summer camp presentation
Starting now until school starts again in the fall, scouts may wear class b shirts for our normal Monday night scout meetings. A class B shirt is a scout shirt from cub scouts or boy scouts. You can also wear a plain, solid colored shirt. No shirts with other advertisements or logos. We will still wear our class A shirts (your scout shirt) for traveling to and from a camp out and during our week at summer camp at Camp Mitigwa for flags, meals and special ceremonies.
Troop 188's leadership team is still working through plans forthe second half of the year. Updates on the Merit Badge University will be posted on this page when they become available.
